"I would like to take the opportunity to thank your company for providing services to us after our house fire. Is so wonderful to have a service like your available after such a traumatic event.
I would like to let you know how please we are with the crew that was here removing the items from the home. Specifically,. Justin, Chris, Matt, Corky, Kaitlyn, Paula and Lisa. They are very professional and friendly and took great care of our belongings. We felt they truly cared about us and our belongings and making the transition easier for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better crew and feel you should know that.
As you know, we run an Adult Foster Care Home for the Elderly. Because of this, there is quite a bit of furniture and personal belongings in the home. Not once did any member of the crew complain about the number of times they had to climb stairs, or the number of boxes they had to pack, pr how much stuff they had to move.
They definitely deserve to be recognized for a job well done. Too often, people are quick to write letters and/or make phone calls when they wan to complaint. I feel it is just as important to point out the good and let people know when they’ve done a great job.
Please let them know how happy we are and how impressed we are with them as well as the service provided to us. I personally took the time to let them know that I was very pleased and also inform them that I would be writing this letter.
