Mayco International, an automotive parts manufacturer sustained significant smoke damage throughout its 600,000 square foot facility because of a fire. After a large press caught fire an overhead door at the opposite end of the plant was opened and pulled smoke throughout the facility. This smoke affected new plastic automotive door panels produced for a major automotive manufacturer.
Jarvis was called in to assist with the smoke and immediately scheduled shifts of its employees to work around the clock so that Mayco could meet the needs of its customers. Based on the quick and continuous work of Jarvis, Mayco and its insurance carrier were able to avoid significant business interruption or loss.
