Approximately two months ago, my wife and I suffered water damage to our home. This flood involved raw sewage which was devastating to our family as well as our beautifully finished basement.

We contact you as well as the Jarvis Property Restoration Company. Miss Julie Moza of Jarvis was assigned to our home. I can’t begin to tell you the calming effect she had on myself as well as my wife. She took immediate control of the situation and had a mitigation team on site within hours. She paid several visits to our home during the repair process to check on the progress of the repair and our satisfaction.

We have been with the AAA Insurance Company for many year and thankfully have not had to file any claims for damage to our home. But is good to know that there are professional and reliable people such as yourself and Miss Moza.
