It has been my pleasure to be working with Julie Moza of your company for these past several months since I had water damage at my house after a boiler leak. I wanted to let you and any of her supervisors know that I consider her to be very professional, hard working and very responsive to my questions or requests for information. She was so quick to return my phone calls that I found myself worrying about her one time when she was unable to return the call quickly because of a technical problem with retrieving voice mail.
