As you know, I had a fire Friday night at the Pearl Restaurant. However, this is not the first disaster we have gone through. We went thru the 2004 hurricanes and had to deal with several disaster companies. By far, your company has surpassed all others in their professionalism, dedication and efficiency. Your staff went above and beyond the call of duty to help us get back up and running, and I am happy to say that we will be open for business this Saturday. I would also like to point out that David Bradford was absolutely the most professional employee, and was more than a pleasure to work with. He made sure everything was completed thoroughly. I would have no reservation recommending your company to others.
