Many thanks to you and the other great folks that helped us recover from the flood devastation at our Nashville, TN location. Having 5-6 fee of water in our office and warehouse as a result of the May 1-2, 2010 flood presented us with a situation that we were ill prepared to deal with. What a blessing it was for us to have met you as soon as the water receded and we were allowed back in our building.
John, I was especially impressed by the following.
• The timeliness of your presence. Norm Crawford of Jarvis was the first of several restoration contractors we me upon being able to enter our building after the flood. Norm explained your services accurately in a non “pushy†manner.
• The detailed nature of your estimate. One thing we were told by our adjuster was to make sure to get at detailed invoice/estimate of the work to be done. Jarvis greatly outperformed all other contractors in this regard.
• The speed of which you completed your work. You completed your work when and as promised.
• Finally, you were honest and forthright in all our dealings. You never failed to do what you said you would do.
