Dear Mr. Jarvis,

I wanted to write you a short note to compliment a few of your employees. When we found out our house had a Black Mold problem our whole world was turned upside down. Luckily for us, a coworker recommended that we use Jarvis Construction to do our remediation.

Our first meeting with Andy DiCarlo went well and we felt very comfortable knowing that he would be our contact through this long process. He did his best to put us at ease and we felt like we had chosen the right company. Every time we had a question or concern, Andy was very easy to reach. If he didn’t answer his phone he always called us back within 2 or 3 minutes. Gary Hiller was also very helpful and accommodating. We felt that both of them treated us like we were important and that they always did their best to correct any situation that we weren’t satisfied with.

The initial sight of seeing several strangers come into our house and begin packing our whole lives up was very unsettling. Fortunately, Sean Trapp was pleasant and showed obvious concern that our belongings were taken care of properly. It was reassuring to know that someone like him was in charge of keeping our things safe. I don’t remember the names of the girls who helped pack but they were also very nice and I felt confident leaving them alone to do their job.

I would definitely recommend your company to anyone needing the services you provide. I have talked with many coworkers, friends and family about the work you did to our home and they all know how satisfied we are. Please be aware you have a professional, quality staff working for you and they are certainly add value to the Jarvis name.
