Good Morning Matt, Tom Scroy did the final walk though yesterday and I understand our restoration program has finally come to an end. I just wanted to send a thank you out to you and your team. In the early phases of our internal flood catastrophe, your quick response and extra efforts (bringing in a Bobcat, large crews and even Stanly Steemer), helped us to methodically startup key production cells and helped us to avoid shutting down our customers. Throughout the restoration process, your team was very accommodating and flexible working around our space limitations, crazy work schedules and finicky employees :) It has been a long process, and one I hope I do not encounter again during my career, but the Jarvis team helped get us through and we are now better than back to normal (i.e. no more carpet on the walls!). I would certainly recommend your company to anyone and would enjoy working with your team in the future should disaster strike again! Also, although everyone we worked with was great, I particularly want to thank Tom as he was the one we interacted with the most -- I know we were probably a pain sometimes but he always handled everything professionally, did not get frustrated and made sure everything transitioned smoothly for us.
