I wanted to take this opportunity to send you a letter thanking you for the wonderful work your company has done for me in the past.  I currently manage several properties for The Farbman Group. As a property manager, I deal with many issues; last winter I had several pipes break at a retail center.  After my initial call to your company the crew was on-site within the hour and had all the equipment, personnel necessary to handle the problem. Your employees were courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. During the clean-up several more pipes burst, which destroyed the electrical system; your crew was able to have an electrician, at 11:30 pm, on site within an hour.   I felt very confident upon leaving that the space knowing your crew could handle the situation. I can call on you and your company to come and take care of the situation.
