Our technicians will require you to sign off on a work authorization prior to beginning work on any temporary repairs (this is recommended by the better business bureau) and we will provide you with a detailed work scope prior to beginning your reconstruction or repair work. Our estimators follow guidelines and best practices by the IICRC, local building ordinances, and insurance industry protocol.
