Terms and Conditions

In order for this guarantee to apply, the agent, adjuster and/or customer must submit a copy of the certified competitor's quote via fax, email or hand delivery within 24 hours of receipt of the original Jarvis estimate. The guarantee applies if the estimate provided by agent, adjuster, and/or customer to Jarvis is identical in scope to that initially provided to the customer by Jarvis. The revised estimate by Jarvis will be identical in scope to that of the estimate provided to Jarvis by the agent, adjuster and/or customer. If additional services are necessary or requested by agent, adjuster, customer or the insurer, the terms of the guarantee will not apply. If Jarvis does not agree with the competitors scope of work, Jarvis has the right to refuse the project and is not obligated to provide a reduced quote. The terms of this guarantee apply only if the customer executes a written contract with Jarvis for the performance of the services identified in the estimate or revised estimate prepared by Jarvis. Customer must comply with all terms of said contract, including payment terms.
