We employ three separate techniques to thoroughly clean damaged equipment.
Dry-cleaning method This method does not involve liquids and utilizes special equipment to clean with air pressure.
Odell water cleaning This process involves aqueous cleaning and drying chambers to process electronics and components. Utilizes de-ionized water and cleaning ingredients to separate and remove contaminants from electronic surface areas.
Ultra Sonic Cleaning This process involves total submersion of an item in a special cleaning solution. During this process, ultrasound combined with the proper cleaning solution will agitate and dislodge contaminants which allow for cleaning of more intricate detail.
If the equipment was cleaned using a liquid method the next step in the process is to dry out the equipment. We use a special machine called an Odell Drying chamber where the equipment is slowly warmed (similar to an oven) between twelve to twenty four hours.
